Dylan Maynard
Dylan Maynard is a recent graduate from Victoria University of Wellington’s Masters of Strategic Studies programme, where he developed a particular interest in the humanitarian and legal challenges posed by emerging weapons technologies.
While interning with the New Zealand Red Cross in 2021, Dylan was responsible for planning and facilitating a number of initiatives seeking to increase youth awareness of pressing humanitarian and disarmament concerns. The youngest appointee to New Zealand’s Public Advisory Committee for Disarmament and Arms Control (PACDAC), Dylan has also worked with the Aotearoa New Zealand Campaign to Stop Killer Robots.
